We have been studying transformations, symmetry, and congruence. The people of Zaire use these concepts to weave Kuba Cloth. Today we looked at Kuba Cloth and discussed its geometrical attributes. Then we set out to create our own.
During our cultural Columbus unit we have been studying Somalia. Not only have we learned about the country, we are discussing why the Somali people are immigrating to Columbus, Ohio. Ask us about what we learned so far.
