Throughout the past few weeks we have been reading novels set during the WWII time period. While reading we completed a variety of projects to share our learning. Some of us created games or mobiles, while others put together powerpoints or made awards. Below you will see the culmination of our hard work. Enjoy!
Math has been all about division these past few weeks, and we spent yesterday getting ready for our final quiz before break. On Thursday, mathematicians played review games or visited strategy centers to practice their skills with our newest math concept.
Today was a big day in third grade as the entire Columbus Academy community turned up to see our wax museum presentations. We worked incredibly hard over the past two months to research, write, memorize, and prepare our speeches for this day. The wax museum was a huge success and we couldn't be prouder of ourselves! A BIG thank you to all the parents who helped us get ready for today - we couldn't have done it with out you!
